-*- 2011 OHSAA Girls Basketball State Championship was vacated from Harvest Prep after an investigation. The reason was for player recruitment. The 2011 team has to vacate all wins and the 2010 State Championship is still under investigation. Harvest Prep will be ineligible for OHSAA tournaments for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons for all sports.
